Interested in teaching your goat to do agility, pull a cart or hike using a backpack? Than give the 4-H Working Goat Club a try!
We will learn about how to leash train goats, walk a goat properly using a backpack, making backpacks, making leads, teaching your goat to drive cart or wagon, training your goat skills in the agility ring, building our own agility equipment, and so much more!
Please RSVP to Breanne Baker at breannebaker1226@gmail.com that you plan to attend so we have enough materials for all members to make their own treat bags to use with training your goats. We look forward to seeing your there!
Saturday, December 29, 2018 - The Working Goat Club has also planned their first working goat walk! The walk is scheduled for Saturday, December 29th at 10:00am and will be held at the Genesee County Park 11095 Bethany Center Road, East Bethany, NY 14054. Meet at the interpretative center. Everyone is welcome with or without goats. Please Note: goats are to be on lead, leash, or back pack.
