Master Gardener Training

Want to become a Master Gardener? Master Gardener Training is your first step. Or if you just want to further your horticultural knowledge, Master Gardener Training will cover a variety of informational topics.
Training will begin September 7th and run through November 16th.
Classes will be held Tuesday evenings from 5:45 p.m. to 9 p.m. with an additional, required session on Saturday, October 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Subjects to be covered include:
- Diagnosing Plant Diseases/Problems
- Garden Botany
- Growing Fruit at Home
- Herbs
- Intro to Insects
- Perennials & Annuals
- Organic Gardening
- Pruning
- Soils & Fertilizers
- Vegetable Gardening
- Weed Control
- And much more!
Registration is due August 24th! Class size is limited, pre-registration is required.
