4-H Flower Fair

How to Enter - Drop off entries at the Extension Office, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday, August 28th through Tuesday, August 29th.Entries will not be accepted after 9am Wednesday, August 30th.

Judging - Entries will be judged on Wednesday, August 30th. (Please keep this date in mind when dropping off your exhibits)

Rules

  • Open to all Genesee County 4-H Members, including Cloverbuds.
  • Limit of 1 entry per class.
  • Complete & attach an exhibit entry card for each entry.
  • Ribbons will be awarded.

Classes

  1. Sunflower - single stem
  2. Dahlias - 3 blooms of one color or one bloom over 6 inches
  3. Gladiolus - 1 spike with at least 12-inch stem
  4. Cut Flowers - 3 stems of a single variety
  5. Cut Flower Collection - 6 different flowers, 1 stem per flower type
  6. Floral Design - Arrangement at least 8" in height
  7. Miniature Arrangement - Less than 6" height including container
