TELL: describe the procedure and why it's important
SHOW: demonstrate the procedure and emphasize key points
DO: allow the learner to try to answer any questions
REVIEW: are the steps in the procedure done correctly?

Make trainings meaningful to employees
Measure and follow up to see if people really learned!
Trainings are conducted simultaneously in English and Spanish
