How To Join 4-H

Please contact the 4-H office at 585-343-3040 ext. 101 or 131 if you are interested in joining the Genesee County 4-H Youth Program!

Enrollment is open to youth ages 5 to 18 as of January 1st of the current year. New 4-H members, volunteers and clubs are always welcome to join.

The forms below are for enrolling in the 4-H Year that runs from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025. Please complete the appropriate form(s) and return them to our office to get started! If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.

How to Start a 4-H Club in 5 Easy Steps:

1. Complete the New 4-H Club Leader Form
2. Attend an orientation meeting with 4-H Staff
3. Enroll 5 youth in your club
4. Have members choose a club name
5. Plan monthly club meetings and projects with parents and youth
