Genesee County Seed Libraries

The Seed Libraries are Open! 

  

The Batavia Seed Library is located at the Richmond Memorial Library (19 Ross Street, Batavia) in the non-fiction gardening section.

The Byron-Bergen Seed Library is located at the Byron Bergen Public Library (13 S Lake Ave, Bergen).

There is also a second Batavia Seed Library located on the back porch of our office on East Main Street in Batavia!

Seeds are free to take and grow.

There are a variety of vegetables, flowers and herbs.

Please only take what you can use in a season.

Feel free to donate unused seed that you may have.

We hope to open an secondary site at the CCE office this spring.
